As stated on the course landing page, the new Excel functions also referred to as Dynamic Array formulas (FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, XLOOKUP etc) are generally available in Excel for Microsoft 365 and Excel 2021.

Dynamic Arrays will NOT be part of Excel 2019 perpetual license.

They will also NOT be a part of Excel 2010, Excel 2013 & Excel 2016.
